Please Note: Eco Pond Supply will be closed for vacation from Friday, 6/05/09 until Monday, 6/15/09. All orders placed after 5:00 pm EDT, Thursday 6/4/09 will be processed in the order received upon our return. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal payments.
In most instances, all orders are processed the same day your order is
received (Monday-Friday) and will be shipped within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail and will be delivered within 3-5
business days of processing. At this time, we are only able to ship within the
US.
Indiana residents only, please add 7% sales tax.
Our shipping charges may be viewed in the chart below. Eco Pond Supply
offers free shipping on combined orders or any pond kit over $300 (excluding
Koi Pond Bridges*). Products that are subject to flat rate shipping charge are
excluded from this offer. These charges will be listed on the individual
product page.
PLEASE NOTE: *Some of our products are shipped directly from the
manufacturer (including Koi Pond Bridges - flat shipping fee of $40-$50 each).
Please be prepared for additional delivery time.

be out of stock or not available at the time of your order, we will notify you
by e-mail to arrange a refund. We reserve the right to ship items separately.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
you are not satisfied, you may return your product, provided it is in original, unused condition and is accompanied by the original receipt or invoice within 30 days of your order date.
We will refund 100%
of your purchase price less shipping charges. Eco Pond Supply is not responsible for shipping and handling on returned merchandise. All returns must
have a RA # (return authorization number) from us to be accepted - please e-mail
us for this information.
Terms:
-Shipping and Handling Fee are non-refundable.
-Return or refund can take up to 4 weeks to process.
-Original receipt and Invoice # required for any return and refund.

-All items must be in new and resaleable condition, including the
original box, packaging, and accessories.
-Returns may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
Merchandise with a manufacturer's warranty is noted on each product page of www.ecopondsupply.com. Warranty practices vary by manufacturer and should be discussed with Eco Pond Supply customer service prior to returning merchandise. Eco Pond Supply's Return Policy applies to warranty items (see above). Prompt attention to defective merchandise will facilitate processing.
